It is through gratitude for the present moment
spiritual dimension of life opens up.

“The Most Talked-About Book in London Today” in July 1911.
. With death staring him in his face, Alexander realized how his conquests, his great army, his sharp sword and all his wealth were of no consequence. He called his generals and said, “I will depart from this world soon, I have three wishes, please carry them out without fail.”With tears flowing down their cheeks, the generals agreed to abide by their king’s last wishes.
1) “My first desire is that”, said Alexander, “My physicians alone must” carry my coffin.” so people realize that best doctors on this earth can not save them from death.
2) After a pause, he continued, “Secondly, I desire that when my coffin is being carried to the grave, the path leading to the graveyard be strewn with gold, silver and precious stones which I have collected in my treasury”. with this Let people realize that it is a sheer waste of time to chase wealth and greed of power
3) The king felt exhausted after saying this. He took a minute’s rest and continued. “My third and last wish is that both my hands be kept dangling out of my coffin”.so I wish people to know that I came empty-handed into this world and empty-handed I go out of this world”.
“O king, we assure you that all your wishes will be fulfilled.
With these words, the king closed his eyes.Soon he let death conquer him and breathed his last. . . .

till we search our values in other’s eyes we remain poor …..
even after climbing the ladders of success . prestige , power and wealth ……
the day we become valuable in our own eyes …….
we have the wealth ……
for one thing like to call Alexander …… the great …..
not because he conquered many nations ….. or was a great king ……
for the truth he could speak that going empty-handed ……
Love is our inner wealth, seed of which we all bring in our closed hands…..
to plant in this world to make it a tree of happiness……
not making it a tree of happiness is empty-handed departing from this world .
love this quote ……
Not twice this day,
Inch time foot gem ,
This day will not come again,
Each minute is worth a priceless gem.

Beauty is eternity gazing at itself in a mirror.
you are eternity
you are the mirror.
( 1883 – 1931 )
Artist, poet, and writer
Can you see your own image without mirror?
Even I cannot see my own image without mirror,
thing which is truth for you is truth for me also.
I am the creator of nature .
Nature is my image .
Nature is the cosmic world .
I always exist , nature creates and destroys itself .
I am you , nature is your body .
I want to be happy to see my clean image of creation
for that I give everything a mirror inside
the possibility for every one of you to keep this mirror clean
when mirror is clean ,
I am with you .

“Happiness in intelligent people is the rarest thing I know.”
Intelligence is defined as general cognitive problem-solving skills. A mental ability involved in reasoning, perceiving relationships and analogies, calculating, learning quickly… etc. Earlier it was believed that there was one underlying general factor at the intelligence base (the g-factor),
General intelligence, also known as g factor, refers to the existence of a general intelligence that influences performance on mental ability measures.
The existence of general intelligence was first described by Charles Spearman in 1904. According to Spearman, this g factor was responsible for overall performance on mental ability tests and can be measured and expressed by a single number, such as an IQ score.
Other definitions are:
“Intelligence is what you do when you don’t know what to do.”
“Intelligence is a hypothetical idea which we have defined as being reflected by certain types of behavior.”
Intelligence is outer reflection of oneself into myself .
Happiness is inner reflection of oneself into yourself.
Intelligence is one’s value in other’s eyes
Happiness is one’s value in own eyes .

When If Meets Must
If we can fight together, we must strive together
If we can play together, we must pray together
If we can plan together, we must stand together
If we can cry together, we must try together
We must strive together, if we can fight together
We must pray together, if we can play together
We must stand together, if we can plan together
We must try together, if we can cry together
The future of man is built on a plan
Of working together whenever we can
So “if” must stand so tall
And “must” alone, cannot fall
For together, forever we bring
The best, the good of it all.

Good and God’s morning ……
this morning bringing milk by paying Indian currency notes
thought with these what we buy in time is our needs and wants
may bring us a joy in time which with the passage of time fades
we are aware of a timeless happiness
which we can buy with the currency note of life ……
the pocket of NOW……
So early it’s still almost dark out.
I’m near the window with coffee,
and the usual early morning stuff
that passes for thought.
When I see the boy and his friend
walking up the road
to deliver the newspaper.
They wear caps and sweaters,
and one boy has a bag over his shoulder.
They are so happy
they aren’t saying anything, these boys.
I think if they could, they would take
each other’s arm.
It’s early in the morning,
and they are doing this thing together.
They come on, slowly.
The sky is taking on light,
though the moon still hangs pale over the water.
Such beauty that for a minute
death and ambition, even love,
doesn’t enter into this.
Happiness. It comes on
unexpectedly. And goes beyond, really,
any early morning talk about it.
Raymond Clevie Carver, Jr. (May 25, 1938 – August 2, 1988)
Carver was a major writer of the late 20th century
a major force in the revitalization
American short story literature in the 1980s
My grand daughter 7 years always bring some kind of a intelligent quiz so this morning her quiz to me was ……… it is a table but not of wood or iron but it is flexible and folding ? …..
After lot of thinking as I could not answer so looked towards her for my silent defeat which is the main cause of asking her these quiz so she proudly explained ……. time table
so I asked what is the use of time table …… so with smile she replied …… to eat time wisely ….
Many time I share the wisdom of this eating time wisely ……. off course there are hundreds of time management techniques and methods but a wisdom should be such which a child as well as a educated young and old could understand with minimum effort …..
science of social conversations is to create short , sweet and simple methods so a human can fulfill health , family , work ,and social obligations and to perform them in limited time one needs to make priorities and list them as per their importance ….so to understand this importance I suggest them with four steps ….
1. Air ……. as we can not live without it for more than a minute or two so select from the list of works of this nature and number them as URGENT or U1 , U2 , U3 , U4 , and so on …..
2. Water ….. as we cannot live without water for more than few hours so select from the list of works of this nature and number them as IMPORTANT or I1 , I2 , I3 , I4 , and so on …..
3. Food ….. as we cannot live without food for more than a day so select from the list of works of this nature and number them as GENERAL or G1 , G2 , G3 , G4 , and so on …..
4. Chocolate …… as we can live without chocolate for more than a week or month so select from the list of works of this nature and number them as MISCELLANEOUS or M1 , M2 , M3 , M4 , and so on …..
so to list them as per nature and must try to complete them all in a balanced manner will give us a blissful and healthy meal of time …… knowing to work on the right task as right time will give us a life of peace love and happiness ……
and not completing the work in order from urgent to miscellaneous will make miscellaneous and general works climbing the ladder of urgent ….making life stressful , lack of quality time ……for self , family and society.
this is my own personal way of life with which I walked from New Delhi to New York with ease and always had abundance of time for myself , family , and work and society and sports and music ….. and with same ease now a days write with happiness all my different pages ….on different subjects ….
